This “Terms & Conditions” incorporates an electronic record within the terms as established by law. This electronic record has itself structured as a computer system based document and do not require any physical or digital impression.

There are certain events in this Privacy Policy where there are no particular names written. The party required as ”You”, “Your” and “user” shall mean any simple public or legal person who tends to become a buyer on our platform and wishes to use our services, by providing personal information through registration and opening an account on our website. The party required as “we”, ”us” and ”our” shall mean Unity Holiday Resort, its Corporate Entities and Affiliated Partners.

This Terms & Conditions consists of certain legal aspects which allow us as well as you to resolve any disputes or problems associated with Unity Holiday Resort, our assigned corporate entities or our affiliated partners.

Use of Unity Holiday Resort

You agree to all the Terms & Conditions mentioned by us the moment you become a member (only user) of Unity Holiday Resort by applying for a Registration Membership and we authorise you to do so by providing you access to our platform.

As only a user, there are certain limitations upon you regarding the use of our platform, website and any of the property owed under the name “Unity Holiday Resort”. Such limitations are as followed:

• Our website allows you to make an account and to register as a member of our platform to use our services assigned under your name by us. After making an account you fall under the “Eligibility Criteria” as mentioned in this “Terms & Conditions”.
• In any case if you share your private information regarding your account (Name, Password, Mobile number, Email address), you are solely responsible and liable for such activities undertaken under your account, and any consequences therefrom.
• You should be authorised by law to make a legal bonding contract with us under The Indian Contract Act, 1872. The information provided by you should be true, current and identifiable. If you are a minor, you should use our website under the supervision of any parent or guardian or an adult.
• You shall not use information provided on the services purposely made available on the Platform for downloading. It should be taken as a priority that you, do not remove, change or adhere any data related directly or indirectly to the services displayed on our platform. You should use such information only for your personal, non-commercial informational purpose and do not copy or post such information on any social network or any media related to commercial, distribution or entertainment purpose. You can make no modifications to any such information provided by us, that information is only for our user’s personal satisfaction. You should not make any changes in the representations or warranties that are related to the services or services provided by our platform. You are solely responsible for any notes, messages, emails, reviews, ratings, photos, profiles, images, videos, audio files or other materials or information posted or transmitted to the Platform (collectively stated as “Content”). Such Content will be seen as our property and we will be granted all rights in such Content as applicable by law. We shall be provided all rights necessary, in accordance with applicable law, use the Content forever, including but not limited to promotional and advertising purposes and in any media platform, including the creation of derivative works that may include the content provided by you. You agree that any content posted by you may be used by us, consistent with our Privacy Policy, and you are not entitled to any payment or other compensation for such use. There may be some content on our website which may not be suitable to some users, in such case the users are advised to have a discretion. Some content may not be suitable for children or minor, in such case the parents/guardians are advised to have a discretion before presenting it to the children/minor.
• You are not authorised by us to use our information for your use (marketing and analysis). You are not authorised by us to store and use our activities on our platform. You are not authorised by us to use our Name, Mobile Number, Email Address and any other provided information for our identification or any other property owned under the name “Unity Holiday Resort”. You are not authorised by us to use and share our details including the details of our corporate entities and affiliated partners with anyone without our consent. You are not authorised by us to share our information with any other business entity. You are not authorised by us to use your authorised access to our services in any other way than they are allowed for. You are not authorised by us to take certain legal actions on us without us being acknowledged about the situation beforehand. You are not authorised by us to remove any/all of our information or comment we posted by using our services under our Transaction & Communication criteria. You are not authorised by either the Brand Officers or the Dealers of such services to use information of these services on our platform.
• We are both specific and sensitive towards the content posted on our platform. The digital content posted on our platform, be it someone else’s (with complete rights to be used at Unity Holiday Resort) or a Unity Holiday Resort original, is not to be copied, modified, customised or duplicated and used at any other platform or digital entity without our consent. If any such case comes in our vision, it shall be listed as an illegal attempt to harm our property and a legal action shall be taken over such activities. The content posted over our platform is completely taken to be a property of Unity Holiday Resort and shall not be used by you or any other entity or business of which you are a part, without our consent. This type of activity and any other activity without our consent and without us being a part of it shall be considered as illegal and actions applicable upon such activities shall be taken.
• You can use our services regarding Transaction & Communication for communicating with other users and you can make a statement about anything regarding us, our services and services. Any other statement may be taken as an attempt to go against us, our services and services. This type of incident shall undergo legal procedures until some result comes in sight. We are not responsible for the security and confidentiality of the information or statement you provide in the services we provide to you under our Transaction & Communication criteria. Any/All of the information or statement written in the review box or comment box will be shown publicly and will no come under our Privacy criteria. You are solely responsible for any/all of the information or statement you provide using our services under Transaction & Communication and you shall face all the consequences alone. We are not responsible for any of the consequences that are related to the information or statement shared by you by using our services under Transaction & Communication. If you share any such information or statement that directly or indirectly affects any of ours or our users on anyone who is related to our platform (“Unity Holiday Resort” as a whole) or if it is causing any type of nuisance or is hurting any of our users or viewers emotions or falls under the category of racism or casteism, affects any religious or cultural beliefs or falls under any mentioned crime by law, we have full authority to remove such information or statement and we may follow some legal procedures seeing the necessity of the situation or as ordered by court or stated by law.
• There are certain restrictions for using our services from our platform. By using our services you show your complete consent regarding the restrictions we applied upon its use. If you do not follow the restrictions in any manner, you shall solely be responsible for any/all consequences appearing before you. We are not to be blamed for such incidents. Our content is a property of Unity Holiday Resort (as a whole). Our content includes all the original as well as other data and information mentioned on our platform. You and no third party is allowed to use our content without our consent. You are restricted to use any other link on our website other than the ones we provide you along with our services. You are restricted to use any such link to compare our services with any other platform. You are restricted to place your own data on our platform except those places (review or comment box) where we allow you to share your information. You are restricted to copy our data and place it at any other place, platform or any social media platform. You are restricted to use our services without Registration Membership. You are restricted to make a direct legal complain against us without letting us know and verifying your dispute or complaint. You are restricted to deny any charges applied upon you for using our services. You are restricted to store our details for personal use (use not related to Unity Holiday Resort). You are restricted to perform any digital crime (by law) against our platform. You are restricted to use our platform if your access is prohibited by law. You are restricted to use our platform as your own marketplace in any manner. You are restricted to raise any type of non-religious, raciest, sexiest, or religion-based topic on our platform. You are restricted to use our services without our consent. You are restricted to use foul language on our platform. You are restricted to file a complaint against the use of your information (those mentioned in our Privacy Policy). If you do not follow above mentioned restrictions and perform any task that is against the restrictions then we are allowed by law to perform a legal action upon you.
• Our website is solely controlled by Unity Holiday Resort and each and every text, graphics, user and visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks and copyrights, logos, sounds, music and artwork (collectively stated as “Content”) are owed by Unity Holiday Resort and Unity Holiday Resort alone. The services are sold by our authorised dealers and we are merely a platform providing services for such services. Our Content is protected by trademark, copyright and intellectual property rights. Any action against such rights shall be considered as a threat to us or our services and legal actions shall be taken over such threats.
• The services listed over our platform have a complete description about their quality, brand and glance. All that information is provided by the brand owner or the dealer. The information shall not modified by you.
• When you use our services you agree to the conditions that Unity Holiday Resort, its Corporate Entities and its Affiliated Partners (Unity Holiday Resort as a whole), its employees, directors, officers, parent company, agents, licensors, partner company and board members are not liable to any consequences and are not to be indulged in any case up to the limit permissible by law. In any case shall the above mentioned be responsible for any kind of direct, indirect, digital, physical, consequential, or exceptional loss or damages to you by means of services we provide or the content we provide to you in the form of information, fact or statement by means of our platform or shall not be liable for any type of claim that is directly or indirectly related to your access to our services or the content provided by us through the means of our platform. We shall not be liable to a limited extent, but not excluding the way you use your authorization for access to our platform or use your rights in any way by going against the law.
• We provide you with the authority to use the rights provided to by us (Unity Holiday Resort) in certain policies mentioned in our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Membership

It is a legally binding contract that takes place between you and us. This contract allows you to buy services from our website and use our services after registration through our platform. This contract will allow you to make transactions and payments through all legal means authorised upon your name for money transfer.

If you don’t fall under the criteria as a member of our platform you are not allowed to use our services as bounded by law. For certain processes you must be a registered member of our platform from any accessible means. By this legally binging contract you become eligible for using our services under certain criteria (as mentioned in “Eligibility criteria”).

Account & Registration

Our website allows you to make an account and to register as a member of our platform to use our services assigned under your name by us. After making an account you fall under the “Eligibility Criteria” as mentioned in this “Terms & Conditions”.

If you use our platform by any accessible means, you agree to be responsible for the confidentiality of the details asked by us for making you a member. You shall be completely responsible for the display of your Name and Password. The details about your mobile number and email address are treated as your primary identification on our platform. In case your details are wrong or old, then you are responsible for updating the information. If you change your mobile number or email address as your identity, it is your duty to notify us about the current/ new details regarding your identity. 

Hereby you agree that if any of the details provided by you is untrue, incorrect, fake or is under any surveillance by law or that we have a necessity by law to verify or evaluate your information to be untrue, incorrect, fake or under any surveillance by law, we have complete authorization to do so. By taking your information under our jurisdiction by law and finding out that it is not up to the mark of satisfaction or does not follow the complete terms of our “Eligibility Criteria” then we have complete right to terminate or block your access to our services until it has completely been evaluated.

If in any case your provided information is proved to be untrue, incorrect, fake or is under any surveillance by law we have complete authorization to permanently terminate your access to our services for a particular time period as per the conditions applied upon your provided information.

You also agree that we are not responsible for any consequences in case of your provided information that comes under your account details being used/misused, including the case where you failed to provide us with any current/new information by means of our platform.

In any case if you share your private information regarding your account (Name, Password, Mobile number, Email address), you are solely responsible and liable for such activities undertaken under your account, and any consequences therefrom.

Eligibility Criteria

When we provide you with our services we demand certain Eligibility Criteria for you to follow. We can’t provide access for our services to everyone who visits our platform. We have certain procedures in which we take information about you, use it to verify if that provided is true, current and is acceptable by law. After going through your information and verifying it, we provide you access to our website.

The criteria we take to prove you eligible during registration are as followed:

• You should be authorised by law to make a legal bonding contract with us under The Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• The information provided by you should be true, current and identifiable.
• If you are a minor, you should use our website under the supervision of any parent or guardian or an adult.

The criteria we take to prove you eligible after registration are as followed:

• You should update your provided information from time to time.
• You should have a customer rating (given by Unity Holiday Resort, out of 5) above 3 for better experience of our services and above 2 for using our services.

Payments

We provide you with a service of payment by which you can make payments for your purchase. When you do so, if some issues arises due to,

• Lack of authorization.
• Lack of information required for verification.
• Limit issued by your bank.
• Problems with your cards being rejected.
• Problems with your UPI id.
• Problems with your Credit/Debit card details.
• Problems with access due to excess use of such service.
• Problems related to decline of your transaction.

we are not responsible for any of the above mentioned cases.

If you have any quarry regarding your payment options you shall contact your bank for further inquiry. We are in no way responsible for such situation.

In order to make your payment experience safe and secure, we may ask you for several documents (issued by your name for identification in a legal aspect) before shipping your purchase.

There are certain things that should be known before providing authorization to any of our Payment services:

• We are only responsible for the payment facility provided to you by us. We provide this facility for the completion of transaction and for a satisfaction note between buyer and our dealer. We are not responsible for any other disputes regarding the service being damaged, different, fake, incomplete or in some cases empty. We are only responsible for the money transfer as a platform to make certain purchases and payment to the dealer. If you have any dispute or problem with the service or services, you shall contact the dealer through the information provided by him.
• After using our platform for making a payment by any means, be it Credit/Debit cards, UPI transactions, Cash or any other legal means, you provide us authorization to collect, use, facilitate or revoke any of the payment and/or transaction amount by electronic means or by means of Cash to or from any of our other users through the payment facility. By agreeing with this Terms & Conditions you agree to the fact that we (as a whole) are an independent contractor for everything we do, we are not responsible for the consequences relating to the services and services provided on our platform or liable for any of it, that are paid for by you using our payment facility. We are not to be blamed for any false or incomplete transaction made by you or any of our dealers for the purchase. Any claims that include us for any payment fraud shall be rejected and we shall not be blamed for such dispute.
• By using our payment facility, you accept and agree that the payment facility provided by Unity Holiday Resort is neither a banking nor financial service. It can only be stated as a facilitator providing an automated online electronic payment, receiving payment through Cash, collection and revocation facility for the transactions made on our Platform using the authorized banking infrastructure and Credit/Debit Card payment gateway. By providing Payment Facility between you and other user/dealer, we are not acting as trustees for any payment and/or transaction amount.

When you make a purchase, the currency you pay in shall be in your own register by your country or the country you live in (such as, if India then Rupees). Any currency other than your own country’s shall not be accepted.

When you access our Payment facility as a buyer you shall know that:

• When you give authorization to a transaction on our platform, you make a legal binding contract with the dealer to purchase the services/services he provides by means of our platform, by using our Payment facility.
• You shall pay the transaction amount and charges applicable on it by your own legal means like Credit/Debit cards, UPI payments or any other electronic means.
• You agree that until you make the purchase, the contract stands between you and the dealer and after the stay, the contract shall be modified as the situation demands.
• If there is any extension in the time period of stay due to any reason, you will be notified of such incident and shall be given a new stay time period.
• When your stay is over, you shall notify us or the dealer in order to put a completion mark on the legal binding contract. Same should be done in any case of cancelation for any further mutual understanding.
• In case of Cash you will not be asked to notify us or the dealer by any electronically possible means.
• You shall be provided with the rights to claim for a refund (after deducting cancelation charges or any other charges which may apply) if the stay does not take place in future time period. Such case shall be verified by us or the dealer or by the travel/hotel agency for further actions.
• You shall know that when you purchase from us and tend to make any transaction by using our Payment facility you shall pay the complete transaction amount. There will not be any type of instalment criteria for the payment of the service. It shall be paid as a single transaction for completing all the necessary needs for us to start the booking process.
• In any refund case, transactions will be made in only those banks about which you provided us information.
• For Cash the refunds shall be made by any electronic means available.
• Refund will be made only in the currency accepted by your country.
• Refunds can also be made by means of bank services like NEFT/RTGS or any other means approved by the law.
• Refunds are only made in those banks which support such activities and not in those which do not. For getting any refunds you shall first consult your bank and then provide us with your bank details.
• Refund shall only be done if the claim follows the criteria of our Return Policy.
• We may request you to provide us with several different documents for verification purpose.
• We reserve our rights to deny your claim for refund seeing your history of purchase and refunds allotted in your name.
• We reserve the rights to set a limit at your number of transactions and/or transaction amount in a given time/payment and shall be able to refuse such transactions that exceed the limits set by us, as acceptable by law.
• We reserve the rights to check certain details regarding your history or eligibility to make several transactions for any purchase from our platform in order to ensure the safety and security for your transaction.
• We reserve the rights to revoke your transaction if it becomes a necessity to do so by given laws and is prohibited to do so if you are engaged in any kind of activity that is against the very law made for you.
• You shall know that we are not responsible for any consequences regarding incomplete or no transaction made or the processing of the transaction or delay of the transaction which is beyond our control.

Your bank details shall be provided to us according to the following criteria:

• Your Credit/Debit card details shall be real, true and appropriate to make several transactions on our platform.
• Your Credit/Debit card shall be valid for use.
• Your bank transfers shall be completely done in a valid form and shall be acceptable by law.

Legal aspects for any transaction made by electronical means in India shall be followed and are stated as:

• When you make a transaction of amount more than or equal to INR 2,00,000.00, you have to upload a scanned copy of your PAN card on the platform whenever asked. If not done in time, it will result as a complete cancellation of your purchase.
• When you make a transaction using our Payment facility, you shall comply with all the laws applicable including Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 and rules made under that and the manuals issued by the Reserve Bank of India from time to time, Information and Technology Act, 2000, Information and Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, Income Tax Act, 1961, Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and the rules and regulation mentioned under them.

Charges

The Registration Membership we ask for before providing you access to use our platform is free for all users. There may be certain memberships available at our website after the Registration Membership (stated as Post-Registration memberships) where we may charge you for several services we provide. Such Post-Registration memberships will not be compulsory for all the users and all these Post-Registration memberships will only be charged in the user’s name if he is willing to purchase it or pay for it. These Post-Registration memberships shall not affect the services we provide to you after the Registration Membership.  We do not charge any fee for browsing through our platform. We do not charge our customers for buying from our platform. We may change our charges/fee policy any time we want and we have all the rights to do so. When we make any changes in our policy it will be posted on our platform for you to see. The charges will come in application as soon as the policy update has been posted. We have the rights to change/update some or all of our policies any time we feel the demand of it. You shall be solely responsible for any of the consequences related to new charge application if it is mentioned on our platform, by means of our changed/updated policy.

We provide certain services on individual/particular services listed on our platform for our registered users. We may charge for some/all services listed on our platform. We put charges on you after calculating all the details. The charges applied on your purchase by us are acceptable by law. We may charge you for bookings made by us to fulfil and complete your purchase process. We may apply certain charges over services provided by us and over certain charges applicable on the service itself. You are solely responsible for the consequences if you fail to fulfil all the above-mentioned charges on your purchase.

All the charges shall be made in the currency of your country as mentioned by you during your registration. If the charges are in any other currency, the charges shall be converted in the user-mentioned currency.

Content

All the text, graphics, user and visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music and artwork (collectively stated as “Content”), is a third-party content and we have no authority over such third-party content.

You shall not use information provided on the services and services purposely made available on the Platform for downloading. Our services are the main asset which help us make a mark on our users. The services provided by our platform are as followed:

• We provide services like huge range of services for you so that you stay updated with new technologies/services and do not feel left behind.

• We provide you with a cart where you can add the services which you wish to buy in the future.
• We provide you a specific account under your name and you are the only one with an authorised access to it other than Unity Holiday Resort itself.
• We provide you with great deals over a wide range of services.
• We provide you with return policies over specific/certain services (under mentioned criteria in Restrictions regarding our return policy).

Authorities

We, Unity Holiday Resort (as a whole) have certain rights and authorizations in our sides which shall not be enlisted or placed anywhere else except our platform. The rights and authorities provided to us by all the entities and individuals related to us, our services, our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy are as followed:

• We are authorised by you to use your information for our use (marketing and analysis).
• We are authorised by you to store and use your activities on our platform.
• We are authorised by you to use your Name, Mobile Number, Email Address and any other provided information for your identification.
• We are authorised by you to use and share your details with our corporate entities and affiliated partners.
• We are authorised by you to share your information with any other business entity if we plan to merge with the same.
• We are authorised by you to share your information if it becomes a necessity and is reasonably and legally asked to respond to subpoenas, court orders or any other legal process anywhere and at any time.
• We are authorised by you to deny your access to our services whenever we want to or feel the necessity (analysing the situation) to do so.
• We are authorised by you to take certain legal actions on you if it becomes a necessity (by law) to do so.
• We are authorised by you to remove any/all of your information or comment you posted by using our services under our Transaction & Communication criteria.
• We are authorised by law to take any necessary action against you whenever such situations occur in which you do not follow any of our criteria mentioned in this Terms & Conditions.
• We are authorised by either the Brand Officers or the Dealers of such services to place these services on our platform.

Digital content

We are both specific and sensitive towards the content posted on our platform. The digital content posted on our platform, be it someone else’s (with complete rights to be used at Unity Holiday Resort) or a Fovero Craft original, is not to be copied, modified, customised or duplicated and used at any other platform or digital entity without our consent. If any such case comes in our vision, it shall be listed as an illegal attempt to harm our property and a legal action shall be taken over such activities.

The content posted over our platform is completely taken to be a property of Unity Holiday Resort and shall not be used by any other entity or business without our consent. This type of activity and any other activity without our consent and without us being a part of it shall be considered as illegal and actions applicable upon such activities shall be taken.

Privacy

We give priority to your privacy as a very important and necessary deal. Our current Privacy Policy is available for your knowledge in our Privacy Policy section. We clarify that you and your personal information is one of our most important assets in building the trust and safety between you and Unity Holiday Resort. We store and process your personal information, including any sensitive, financial and private information collected (as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000).

We may share personal information with our other corporate entities and affiliated partners. These corporate entities and affiliated partners may market to you as a result of such sharing unless you explicitly option out. If you object to the fact that your information is being transferred or used by us in any way please do not use our platform.

We may share your personal information with third parties. This sharing and disclosure may be required to provide you with a better experience and bring to you only those goods which you show interest in. We share your information with third parties not for their marketing but for reporting any ongoing fraud with your information or your activities. We will not share any of your personal information with any third party without your consent.

We may share or disclose your personal information to third parties only if it is a necessity and is reasonably and legally asked and becomes a necessity to respond to subpoenas, court orders or any other legal process anywhere and at any time. We may share your personal information to law enforcement offices, third party right owners, or any others in good faith belief that such incident is necessary to enforce our Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy, response to claims that content violates the rights of any third party or protect the rights, property or personal safety of our users or the general public.

We and our affiliates will share / sell some or all of your personal information with another business entity if we plan to merge with, or be acquired by that business entity. If such a situation occurs, the business entity (or the newly merged entity) will be required to follow this privacy policy in regards of your personal information.

Our platform provides you with certain services so that you can contact, interact and share your views, information and problems with our other users in order to find a solution or to satisfy your personal doubts regarding us or our services or our other users. You are solely responsible for any/all of the information or statement you provide using our services under Transaction & Communication and you shall face all the consequences alone. We are not responsible for any of the consequences that are related to the information or statement shared by you by using our services under Transaction & Communication.

Disputes & Problems

We believe that there are certain stages in a relation where some disputes and doubts take place. If not solved with mutual acceptance in time, the relation may fall apart. Whatever we do, services we provide and services we provide are only for your benefit. The only thing we ask from your side is to be completely open and little bit patient.

We are only responsible for those problems or doubts which are related to Unity Holiday Resort and Unity Holiday Resort alone. We are not responsible for any of those disputed that take place between you and other users or any other third party. You can request for a dispute only up to the 15 (Fifteen) business days (following the criteria of restrictions).

If there is any such case where your claim has a third party involved in it, the claim shall be rejected and shall be undertaken, by acceptable law for further inspection. In such case you may be charged with certain fines or obligations in relation with our services or our platform.

If you do not follow above mentioned restrictions and perform any task that is against the restrictions then we are allowed by law to perform a legal action upon you.

• Claim for purchase done by mistake will not me authorised and entertained by us.
• Claim for replacement shall follow all the guidelines and criteria as mentioned under our Replacement Services.
• Claim for deed of any other user will not be of our consent and will not be blamed upon us.
• Claim for excess charge application shall contain all details about the charges applied and will only be considered as true if any such charge is applied that is not mentioned in our Charges criteria.
• Claim for misuse and sharing of your information shall not be considered true as it is clearly mentioned in our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy regarding use and sharing of your information.

Applicable law

Terms & Conditions shall be governed and put up under the acceptable law and shall be modified and customised under criteria mentioned by law.

Service description

The services listed over our platform have a complete description about their quality, brand and glance. All that information is provided by the brand owner or the dealer. The information is not modified by us.

Customer Rating Criteria

This is the criteria made by us for our consent over your performance for using our services. Our criteria is as followed:

• Our criteria is to provide you points out of 5 (Five).
• If you have 5 (Five) out of 5 (Five) points then you are at your best performance to use our services.
• If you have 3 (Three) points or above, you are eligible to use our services with no restrictions.
• If you have 2 (Two) or above, you are eligible for using our services with some restrictions.
• If you have less than 2 (Two) points, you are not eligible to use our services at all.
• If you have less than 1 (One) point, your access to your account is prohibited.

When you make a purchase from us you get positive customer rating points and when you return services you get negative customer rating points. If you return more than 3 (Three) services continuously, you lose 1.5 (One and A Half) points. If your returned services count is more than the count of those services you kept, you lose 3 (Three) points. If you make certain bad comments at our platform you lose 1 (One) point. If you make complaint requests continuously, you lose 2 (Two) points.

Limitation of liability

When you use our services you agree to the conditions that Unity Holiday Resort, its Corporate Entities and its Affiliated Partners (Unity Holiday Resort as a whole), its employees, directors, officers, parent company, agents, licensors, partner company and board members are not liable to any consequences and are not to be indulged in any case up to the limit permissible by law. In any case shall the above mentioned be responsible for any kind of direct, indirect, digital, physical, consequential, or exceptional loss or damages to you by means of services we provide or the content we provide to you in the form of information, fact or statement by means of our platform or shall not be liable for any type of claim that is directly or indirectly related to your access to our services or the content provided by us through the means of our platform.
